You Can Help!

by Stacey

The Environmental Working Group is collecting information from parents about the use of bath and personal care products on kids. The concern is the Food and Drug Administration does not require companies that sell products such as children’s shampoo, lotion, diaper cream, etc. to test their products for safety. The group is trying to get a sense of children’s day-to-day exposure to various ingredients.

Parents can help by filling out a brief survey.

I did it this morning. It doesn’t take long. They will be collecting results through August 17th.
